Licenses are available for purchase aboard the vessels.

A number of methods are used for trout fishing, including trolling, jigging, harling and fly-fishing. Our experienced skipper will show you how.

Catch & Cook
Once landed, your own trout can be enjoyed Sashimi style (similar to Sushi) accompanied by Wasabi and soy sauce, or barbequed with Clearwater's delicious but secret recipe.

For special occasions, your very own fish can be baked in the thermal sands at Hot Water Beach while you soak in the natural hot pool.

But of course, your fish doesn't have to be eaten. If it makes you feel better, you can release your trout back into the wild after taking a photo as proof of your expertise.
