Clearwater Cruises welcomes trade & media to publishing our images with the following conditions:
The images are intended for use in brochures, posters, editorial publications and tourism related websites intended to promote Rotorua as a destination. Permission must be gained from Clearwater Cruises before utilizing any of the images in any other medium.
The images may not be used for commercial gain without permission from Clearwater Cruises i.e. postcards, calendars, souvenirs, or for the advertising of other products or services.
On selling of the images is prohibited. Images used must be credited to Clearwater Cruises. The images may not be altered or manipulated in any way. Breach of these conditions may result in prosecution under the Copyright Act 1994.
